Diaphragm Muscle Portion

This product is the diaphragm muscle (M. transversus abdominis) obtained from the hindquarter. The muscle is located on the inner side of the abdominal cavity and extends to the lower part of the bone-in sternum. The peritoneum and fat deposits are removed.
