Tricipiti della spalla

This product is obtained from the triceps and infraspinatus muscles of the shoulder. The M. infraspinatus and M. trapezius muscles, located caudally to the humerus, are removed. The shoulder triceps includes a large portion of the triceps muscle.

– Whether the M. cutaneous trunci is retained or removed,
– Whether the M. latissimus dorsi is retained or removed,
should be specified.
