Boneless Ribeye Eye

This product is the boneless ribeye eye obtained from the forequarter, consisting of the M. longissimus dorsi and adjacent muscles located beneath the dorsal part of the ribs. The cut covers the area from the fourth rib (inclusive) to the thirteenth rib.

Note:
– Number and position of ribs (4 to 8 ribs),
– Whether the M. iliocostalis is retained or removed,
should be specified.
