Bone-in Striploin and Ribeye with Whole Tenderloin and Chain

This product is obtained from the hindquarter and includes the tenderloin with the chain. The striploin is separated from the bone-in round and the sacral part by a cut made between the last lumbar vertebra and the first sacral vertebra.
